X-Ray And Infrared Study Of The Devitrification Of Vanadium Borophosphate Glass Containing Iron

Vanadium borophosphate glasses were heat treated at 300, 350, and 400 degrees C for different times up to 12h. X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy were used to study the effect on their structure of heat treatment temperature and time and the replacement of V2O5 by Fe2O3.
