Thin Films Of Ferroelectric Zirconate And Of Titanium Nitride On Glass (French)

Titanium nitride films, which are of interest for their solar control and electrically conducing properties, have been obtained by chemical vapour deposition on flat glass. Lead zirconium titanate films were deposited by quenching the substrate in a metal alkoxide solution. Such films may be used as a switching material in electro-optical devices.
