A Study On Zns Long Afterglow Fluorescent Glass Coating

Fluorescent glass coatings have been obtained by taking ZnS:Cu, Cl long afterglow fluorescent materials, doped Er3+, Gd3+ as fluorescent substances, Si02-B203-RO-R20 low melting glass as matrix. The crystalline phases in the coatings are investigated by XRD, SEM and XPS. The results indicate that there are a large number of ZnS crystals and a minor amount of Zn0 crystals in the pure fluorescent materials - besides the above-mentioned two crystals there is also a minor amount of Zn-S04 crystals. The study of XPS displays that the crystalline group only consists of ZnS crystals, which confirms that the crystalline groups do not react to glass.
