Stop Glass Production Leaking From The Eu

According to this article from FEVE, the European container glass federation, something strange is happening on the boarders of Europe. No new glass plant has opened within the EU bloc for three years, while many glass units have reduced operations or shut down altogether. But just outside the EU, 17 flat glass plants and 13 container glass units have opened their doors to investors and workers!
