Recent Developments For The Removal Of Arsenic And Antimony From Processing Waters Of The Glass Industry

A new waste-water treatment by quaternary ammonium ions which precipitate hexafluoroarsenate has been developed. Together with existing equipment for neutralisation, this will facilitate compliance with the limits on concentrations of arsenic and antimony in waste-waters imposed in Germany in 1990.
