The Possible Use Of Semiconducting Cobalt Phosphate Glasses For The Detection Of Gamma Radiation

A sequence of six cobalt phosphate glasses was prepared. Measurements of their dc conductivity from room temperature to 523K are reported. Evidence is given to suggest that such glasses may be used as dosimeters for gamma radiation.
