Packaging Effects On Apple Sauce In Multilayer Polymeric Films And Glass

Four different multilayer polymeric films were assessed for suitability as packaging materials for hot-filled fruit products, by determining effects of storage time and temperature on apple sauce packaged in each film type, compared to glass.
