Non-Metallic Glasses Prepared By Melt-Spinning Method: Glassformation, Properties, Anomalies

Chalcogenide glasses on the basis of As-Te binary systems and Sb-Bi-S ternary system were obtained by the melt-spinning method. To identify glasses methods of physico-chemical analysis were used. Glasses were shown by measurements to be semiconductors. Discussion is based on the existence in these materials of different levels a the band gap.
