Mossbauer, Structural, And Magnetic Studies Of Glasses Of The Cao-P2O5-Fe2O3 System

Calcium phosphate glasses with different iron oxide contents were prepared and their Mossbauer spectra measured at room temperature. Infrared measurements showed that the increase in iron content of the glass matrix caused a change in coordination from FeO6 to FeO4.
