Investigation Of Dental Zro2 Ceramic Nano-Composite Calcined By Spark Plasma Sintering Technique

For the investigation of dental ZrO2 ceramic nano-composite with spark plasma sintering (SPS) process technique, the ZrO2 nanometer powder stabilised by Y2O3 and the Al2O3 nanometer powder were prepared in a laboratory, and further used for creating the ZrO2 nano-composites. The pure ZrO2 nanometer powder was processed with ball milling, baked and granulated with an isostatic cool pressing equipment. Calcination was performed with spark plasma sintering.
