High Performance Low-Emissivity Coatings

Growing concern with energy efficiency has sparked the development of double low-emissivity coatings in architectural glass. BOC Coating has designed the C-MAG, a rotating magnetron cathode for vacuum sputtering of double silver layer low-emissivity coatings. According to the author, the C-MAG provides improved production economics and new coating possibilities.
