European Mould Industry Holds Steady

Moulds are a key factor in maximising production and optimising cost. The criticality of moulds and design becomes doubly important when bottle shapes and designs become the critical of product success, such as in the cosmetic and high-end alcoholic beverage industry. Mould suppliers have to meet demands for better quality and shorter lead-time while retaining a competitive price. In this article the author presents an overview of the European glass mould industry and some of the mould producers on the continent.
