Effects Of Radiation On The Properties Of Infrared Fused Silica

Radiation effects of high-energy electrons and protons on properties, optical surface figure of infrared fused silica were studied. Radiation effects of high-energy electrons on surface figure of infrared fused silica were investigated. The results show that mirror surface deformations are not obvious. Radiation effects of protons of surface deformation, visible and infrared reflectances were investigated. The results suggest that radiation effects of high-energy protons on surface deformation and reflectances had not been observed.
