Effect Of Heat Treatment On The Structure And Electrical Conductivity Of Lithium Borosilicate Glasses Containing Iron And Vanadium

Glasses in the lithium borosilicate system containing V2O5 and Fe2O3 were prepared and heat treated at 550 degrees C for various times. X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy were used to study the structure.
