The Bioavailability Of Lead In Food And Drink

This paper examines the absorption of elements inhaled or ingested and the author's knowledge of lead bioavailability is summarised. Tables and graphs showing total systemic absorption, routes for ingested metals, bioavailability and methods of measurement are presented, together with comparisons of results between Maranelli, Newton and Graziano.
