Antireflective Electromagnetic-Wave-Shielding Coating For Crts

Antireflective electromagnetic-wave-shielding coating composed of oxide particles, noble metal colloids and Si02 has been developed for cathode ray tubes (CRTs). This coating was prepared by a double coating. The outer Si02 layer was formed over the electro-conductive inner layer composed of silver colloids, titanium oxynitride (Ti0xNy) and antimony-doped tin oxide (ATO) nano particles. Silver colloids were used to obtain the film having low surface resistivity.
