Advanced Lubrication Improves Is Machinery Efficiency

The glass container industry has always been at the forefront of technological advances. The need within the industry for improved production efficiency and less scrap has meant that every area within the production process has been examined again and again. However, one area has escaped this continuous reassessment, namely lubrication, an essential element in the efficient and reliable running of a glass container plant. Any company can have the most up-to-date machine linked to the latest furnace technology but if the lubrication is not right then excessive wear and tear will inevitably lead to unscheduled downtime, always more expensive than planned downtime.
