The Wine Regulations 2009

Coming into force August 2009, these Regulations will provide necessary powers in England for the application and enforcement of aspects of the 2008 Reform of the EU Wine Regime that first come into effect on 1 August 2009. These specifically concern arrangements for the production, labeling and quality of EU wines.
