In order to meet UK government specifications for bomb blast protection, the Royal Albert Hall in London has fitted each of its 188 windows with a special window film in order to protect the landmark, its occupants and pedestrians against any potential terrorist attacks. One of the world's greatest concert venues, the Royal Albert Hall has been in use for almost 140 years. Solar Gard's "Armorcoat" protective film was used. The film is a tough, clear, window film designed to hold broken glass together in an explosion.
