Wiegand-Glas Acquires Thuringer Behalterglas

Germany's Wiegand-Glas announced recently it has acquired a 100% interest in Switzerland's Vitrum Holding AG of Hunenberg and its subsidiary, Thuringer Behalterglas GmbH. With 217 employees, Thuringer melts and produces around 110,000/tpa glass from two furnaces and five production lines.
