[Wholesale Prices] Crude Oil Price Rise Reflected In Plastic

Crude oil prices increased from mid-January to the first week of February, causing plastic prices to rise in Europe. The euro also started to appreciate against the pound, making imports from the EU more expensive for UK buyers.
