BDF Boscato & Dalla Fontana, offers glassmakers its STK 02 two-axis performance stacker. This machine uses two identical brushless servo motors for rotation and arm movements and is installed on rails with an easy and quick withdrawal system. The motors have permanent neodymium magnets with internal resolver and IP54 protection. They also have digital convertors with feedback by resolver, four quadrants control, full digital regulation and IGBT output power system. Its push bar has variable step inserts, made from graphite with an easy change system. Push bar replacement time is reduced and the unit is ready to accept different types of inserts.
