J Walter Co Maschinen has handed over to Vitruma GmbH, its business in the production and sales of glassmaking moulds, and in the sales of used Walter glassmaking machinery. Vitruma is also the marketing company for Vitruma O2 oxygen generators. Vitruma and J Walter are consolidated companies. Vitruma was founded by Walter's MD in December 2003.
