Danzeisen Dairy is on schedule to start bottling its milk in glass in October 2014. In the owner's office are bottles from around the United States from dairies that still package their milk in the retro-recyclable glass containers. The throwback method of bottling milk is a big innovation for the dairy. According to Kevin Danzeisen, the owner, "It is going to taste so much better in glass bottles. Glass is the best." Along with the old-fashioned containers come a new breed of flavored milks. The Danzeisen Dairy website shows a half-dozen flavors that have already been slated for production, but many more are in the works.
