[Usa] Ppg Glass Sales Down

Glass segment sales at PPG Industries were US$ 241M for Q4, down US$ 15M from the previous year. Higher flat glass sales were offset by lower glass fibre volumes and pricing. Segment earnings were US$ 8M, a decrease of US$ 11M from the previous year quarter, as lower glass fibre sales and equity earnings offset strong manufacturing cost improvements.
