[Usa] New York Finds Aluminium Bottles Are Illegal

Strictly speaking, aluminium bottles are illegal in New York State as the law demands that metal beverage encapuslators have stay-on closures. A law was introduced in 1982 to protect the environment from discarded can tabs. The problem only came to light when MillerCoors approached the Legislature about changing the law which is now on Governor Cuomo's desk for approval.
