Usa Glass Recycling Update

Recycling and recovery are of critical importance to the glass container industry, however, despite recycling efforts today, thousands of tons of glass are lost to US landfills each year. The GPI was one of a small group of stakeholder organisations that recently commissioned a study aimed at providing US decision makers with information on the total costs for various beverage container redemption approaches. This article provides an overview of the study.
