[Usa] Doe Plan Provides Public Access To Funded Research

The US Department of Energy (DOE) is trying to “open stream” information from laboratories and has introduced a new web directory that increases access to any publications or data derived from research funded by the DOE. To that end, they have released the Public Access Gateway for Energy & Science portal which provides free public access to accepted peer-reviewed manuscripts, or published scientific journal articles within 12 months of publication.
