[Usa] Deco 2010 - A Success

The Society of Glass & Ceramic Decorators (SGCDpro) recent Deco 2010 trade show enjoyed active attendance, lively discussions, and award-winning glass and ceramic products. Alan Olson of Ferro Corporation shared information on the confusing revisions that have been proposed for the TSCA. He also reviewed REACH implementation and indicated that the TSCA may be heading in that direction by placing the burden on companies to prove substances are safe, rather than on the government to prove them harmful. Both issues will have far-reaching impact on the glass and ceramic industries.
