[Ukraine] Rokytne Glass Plant To Issue Uah 100M Bonds

The board of Ukrainian glass container producer the Rokytne Glass Plant (Rivne region) has decided to issue UAH 100M of bonds. According to a statement, the bonds will by issued in three series: A series worth UAH 20M. B series worth UAH 5M and C series worth UAH 75M. The State Commission for the Securities and the Stock Market, announced on 3 June 2005 that it had registered the bonded debt. The Rokytne-based plant finished 2003 with a net profit of UAH 5,427M.
