[Ukraine] New Container Factory Planned

Balsand B.V, a Dutch company controlled by Turkey's Sisecam, have announced plans to build a container glass plant in the Ukraine. Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee has cleared Balsand to acquire over 50% of the shares in Yuzhnaya Brewing in Ilyichevsk, Odessa region where the new plant will be built. Sisecam owns 51% of Balsand.
