Uk Bottles For Russian Beer

OI is to produce glass bottles in the UK for Baltika beer. The beer is originally from Russia but will be brewed under license in the UK by Scottish Courage. A stylish long-necked 330ml amber glass bottle designed by OI, not currently used for any other brand, is being used to underline Balktika's Russian origins & to give the brand additional visual standout from other competing premium beers. It takes a standard 28mm crown closure. The labels will feature the Baltika name in both Cyrillic and English along with the brewer's coat of arms. The new packaging will be available individually in pubs and as a four pack in grocery shops and will be sold in the UK alongside existing 500ml bottled and draft imported Baltika beer. OI has also designed a new glass bottle for the traditional UK beer brewery Thwaites to help expand its beer sales through retail stores.
