[Turkey] Birgimefar - Working Together To Supply High-Quality Glass Containers

Birgi, the native town of the founders of the BirgiMefar Group, is situated near the west coast of Turkey. The Group was formed in 1963 with the establishment of Birgi Sanayi AS and presently comprises several manufacturing, trading, distributing and service companies. In June 2011, a controlling interest in the group was acquired by Ethemba Capital and NBGI Private Equity under a new company, Mefar International. The glass making part of the group manufactures tubular glass containers for pharmaceutical, medical and cosmetics industries.
