Troubled Swedish Glassmaker Re-Financed By Norwegians

Johansfors Glasbruk, the glassware manufacturer based in Broakulla, Sweden, which recently went into receivership, has been refinanced by the Norwegian glass company Magnor. Bjorn Waage from Magnor said that his company would be rebuilding Johansfors and retaining the brand. "There will be some redundancies," he said, "But the glassblowers and craftsmen will be retained." (whole item)
