Transparent Optical Nonlinear Crystallised Glasses With Ferroelectric Labgeo5

Transparent, surface crystallised glasses containing a ferroelectric LaBGe05 crystalline phase were successfully prepared through a two-step heat treatment in air for 25La203/25B203.50Ge02 glass.
