[Training] Haccp Foundation - Level 2 Training Course

Campden & Chorleywood Food RA are presenting a training course - HACCP Foundation - at their headquarters in Chipping Campden, Gloucs, on various dates: 7 July 2011; 22 September 2011; 23 November 2011. This foundation level course will enable delegates to obtain a practical introduction to the concept terminology and principles of HACCP and enable them understand the benefits of HACCP. In addition, delegates have the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised Foundation Level (2) qualification in HACCP. A previous knowledge of basic food safety is desirable.
