Siam Glass, an affiliate of Osotspa Co Ltd, has elected Tiama as its preferred supplier for the upgrading of its cold end inspection machine in its Samutprakarn factory. Dedicated to the production of its famous M-150 health drink bottle, the five production lines will be newly equipped with Tiama Mcal Sidewall Inspection and MULTI Top and Bottom Inspection. The energy drink market leader in Thailand, along with its own container supplier, made the choice, aiming to enhance its capacity to inspect mouth defects without compromise. The contract awarded to Tiama includes the upgrade of several M machines with multi-head thickness measurement. After-sales support will be provided by Tiama's own customer support team based in Bangkok. Stoelzle Czestochowa, part of Austria's Stoelzle Glass Group, started a new partnership with Tiama with the installation of four inspection machines dedicated to the inspection of premium spirit containers. The new equipment was approved by Stoelzle after several months of intensive online benchmarks, allowing the Polish glassworks to test new quality inspection systems from various manufacturers in the field of sidewall, base, finish and mould number reader.
