The latest portable thermal imager from Land Inst Int is, according to Land, the perfect instrument with which to identify & quantify thermally related problems around the plant - at almost half the cost of the nearest comparable instrument. Despite its low price, the new Cyclops TI 814 is a high specification, fully featured camera with a 320x240 detector that captures high-resolution thermal images within the temperature range -20 to 500 deg C. An extended temperature range of up to 1,500 deg C can be specified as an option. Thermal images & sound files are saved onto a compact flash memory card then typically transferred to a PC for image manipulation, analysis & report writing. To complete the package, the Cyclops TI 814 is supplied with LIPS 814 software, the latest evolution of software that Land has refined throughout 15 years of development.
