The Taiwanese glass industry is made up of six flat glass factories that have a total of six float glass lines and 10 rolled glass and flat glass factories. The country currently produces around 8.5m weight cases of flat glass per annum. In addition to float glass, there are around 60 factories producing mirrors in Taiwan and a further 100 engaged in the production of light industrial glass. (whole item)
