Study Reveals Increased Levels Of Phthalates

The first US report on human exposure to environmental chemicals, carried out by the Center for Disease Control & Prevention has shown high levels of phthalates in the blood and urine of subjects. Phthalates are used as plasticisers in plastics, most commonly PVC. Details are reported here.
