Stuck And Down Ware Reject System

Futronic's rejection system ASDR (autonomous stuck and down ware reject system) is a control system which sorts out objects on a conveyor belt. It rejects objects that exceed or fall below predefined, freely selectable width tolerance limits; stick together (for example, hot glass containers); are placed too close to each other on the conveyor; have fallen down; and are broken (cullet and fragments). If it is used in combination with an E-Timer that operates without any light barrier, the ASDR allows the exact positioning of the reject signal by means of a light barrier, using no further synchronisation from the E-Timer apart from the reject signal. It will also allow the common use of a pneumatic reject valve and the ASDR will count the number of items produced and the number of rejects.
