Stilton Beer Packaged In Amber Glass Bottles

Belvoir Brewery in Leicestershire and the Long Clawston creamery (the home of some very tasty Stilton cheese) have produced a new brewing experience, Blue Brew which, according to the website, is a "chestnut coloured ale" is brewed by blending a good ratio of Stilton whey with unfermented wort. This is then fermented in the normal way with a live brewers yeast to produce a chestnut coloured beer with a unique blend of flavours. Packaged in distinctive amber glass bottles, we are informed that the beer tastes more creamy than cheesy. To see for yourself, please visit the website:
