St Peter'S Goes Gluten Free

Suffolk micro St Peter's has brought out G-Free, a gluten-free beer which it is starting to export. First shipments in the company's green oval "medicine" bottles left for Sweden, USA, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Holland, Italy, Switzerland and the Channel Islands. The beer is brewed using sorghum and is licenced by Coeliac UK, the charity for people with coeliac disease. The beer has a 4.2% ABV and is generously late hopped with US Amarillo.
