Spout Shaping Equipment

The AFM 12-NC from German glass machinery manufacturer Glamaco Maschinenbau GmbH is a 12-station machine designed for step-controlled round-table spout shaping. The articles are fed onto the spout-shaping table from above, with the opening facing downwards, then centred and fixed. The burners are arranged around the machine and heat up the shaping point to the required process temperature, after which the spouts are shaped by a profiled roller guided by two NC axles. The machine is euqipped with cooling stations and a special take-out device which turns the articles upright and sets them on the conveyor.
