South Korea To Extend Duties

South Korea's trade commission has said it will consider extending antidumping duties imposed on Chinese float glass, due to possible damage to local manufacturers. The current duties are set to expire on 23rd May 2014, and range between 12-36%. as of 2012, the size of the South Korean float glass market was around US$ 362.8M, with 74.7% of the total supplied by local manufacturers. Chinese products had a combined market share of 4.8% as of the end of 2012.
