Small Conveyor Furnace Developed

Leerco Engineering has recently supplied and installed a small conveyor furnace suitable for the annealing of ampoules and vials. The furnace was designed for annealing borosilicate glass ampoules and is designed for a mzximum temperature of 630 deg C. The unit is gas-fired and has a belt width of 500mm, divided into five production lanes through its length. An integral control panel completes the unit which is 4m long, 1m wide and 1m high including the exhaust duct. It can also be used for annealing any small glass product, particularly light bulbs.
