Silent Inverted Tooth Conveyor Chain

Pennine Industrial Equipment manufactures a silent, inverted tooth conveyor chain, called the Premium. According to the manufacturer, the chain has been specifically designed to accommodate higher production demands. The components of the Premium conveyor chain are manufactured using up-to-date pressing methods, producing links and spacers with completely smooth and square edges. These improvements contribute to reducing chain elongation. Pennine says its new copyrighted Head Protector Link (HPL) has been developed to eliminate pin head wear which helps to prolong chain life. Due to the design of the fully hardened HPL, there is no visible pin head projection on the side which is to be fitted.
