According to a statement by Sheppee International Ltd, the ware-handling specialist has close dan order worth nearly GBP 90,000 with Hindusthan National Glass (HNS), India. the deal was initiated at Glassman Europe 2001 in Lyon, France. This is the second substantial order won for ware-handling equipment and confirms the strength of the working relationship that has been established between the two companies. Sheppee engineers visited both of the HNG factories, one in Bahadurgarh and the other in Rishra. The aim was to gain a better understanding of HNGs requirements and to provide technical assistance and assurances. Full technical line appraisals were undertaken, including all aspects of ware handling from IS machine pushers to the lehr entrance. The majority of the equipment recommended was ordered.
