Shareholder Restructure - Vidrala

Vidrala, the Spanish glass container manufacturer that recently acquired Portugal's Ricardo Gallo, has announced a restructuring of its shareholders. The BBVA Group has sold all its shares, and Vidrala has decided to give financial assistance to 15 of its executives to buy 250,000 shares. (whole item)
