Sgdc Learns Of New Proposition 65 Notices For Glass Jars Sold At Retail

The American Society of Glass Ceramic Decorators, has learned that at least two Proposition 65 notices have been filed in California related to an allegation that consumers are exposed to lead from the outside surface of glass containers sold at retail. These new allegations were not part of the recent drinkware settlement. No further details are available at the moment but we are to be kept informed.
